The incident took place on Friday at 23:50 BST in Flitwick, Bedfordshire, involving a car, a bicycle, and a scooter. Two teenage boys were hospitalized with significant injuries, while Noah tragically lost his life in the accident.
“He cherished the time spent with friends and family, who were the center of his universe. Though football was his passion, he also excelled in rugby, cricket, and athletics,” the family shared.
Noah’s family emphasized his love for physical activity and exploration, noting how he often pushed his limits at the gym and enjoyed time at the bike park. They described his untimely death as a lasting void in their lives.
Charges Against Two Individuals
Following the crash, a 24-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman have been formally charged. Jamie Fountain, from Flitwick, faces multiple offenses including causing death by careless driving and contributing to the accident while over the alcohol and drug limit. He is also accused of causing serious injuries to two other boys, failing to stop at the scene, and not reporting the incident. Ellie Ireland, from Ampthill, has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Both will appear in Luton Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
