She further clarified that the 2002 email exchange with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former associate, was merely a “casual correspondence” and a “polite reply.” Trump stressed her lack of personal knowledge about Maxwell, reinforcing her stance that the correspondence does not imply any wrongdoing.
